Well any how, and if we're back on track !!:boxing: Two of our better
shooters were at the range yesterday working on some new equipment.
Stan and Gary both shoot 1000yd Ridgway. Ridgway canceled all events
for 2020, because of Covid. Well both rifles were sporting Talley's. These
mounts can be had for cheap. Which brings up a point. These rifles are top
grade smithed. One a Borden with a March High Master. and the other a
Panda action with a Schmidt Und bend over. Both bench shooters, that stay
in the top 5 in there game. Both would not kick a dog in the ass with Spuhr.
Now there's the rub....."IN THEIR GAME". For sure, one size and price does
not fit all. These guy's and there Smith chose Talley for the game they are
involved with. The PRS guys have there game and equipment list, and checkin'
equipment lists from F-class, another path emerges. Getting away from the
mounts for a second.....I found it interesting that PRS favors Bartlein, where
F-class favors Brux.
