custom barrel ?

wondering if i bought a savage 110 or 10 could i get/find somthone to make a 30-33" ss barrel in 338 win mag ? also im new here

Yes you could, I even offer such barrels too

and a fine job devin does to. made me one in 338-06 with a 30 inch barrel and it will shoot. .2's 5 shot groups at 100 yards.

could a 110 action also be chambered in lapua magnum ? I see that savage 110 ba is 338 LM mag but dont know if they did anything special to make it work other than barrel-bolt work ? . How much would a 338 win mag 30" ss .750 or .700 muzzle daimeter cost ?

Short answer is no they are different actions but you can build a 338 edge

Im not interested in wildcats so i guess the 338 win mag it may be

oh how about 338 rum ? think it has same rim diamter as the belted win mag but more power ? will it fit . how aboult bolt modification they both have .532 rim but is a belt rim bolt diferent than a rebated ?

338RUM would work just fine. About the same performance as the Lapua.

No modifications needed. Same boltface as the 338winmag.
