Axis XP question

Anyone have an axis xp in 308 that they’ve threaded? I found a good deal on one and would be cutting the barrel down to the 16-18 inch range and threading it. Just wondering if there’s enough material there to thread it. Anyone know the diameter at that length? Can’t find info on it

My Axis .223 and .243 are both ~0.625-0.64" in that range. Just enough for a 5/8x24 brake...

Thanks! The deal was at Bass pro, it was the Kanati camo version with scope for $189. Unfortunately in the time it took me to research they sold out lol. I think there’s still some other calibers available, but a killer deal for sure
