Hello all, hope everybody is keeping healthy and safe.

I recently got a 110 EP in 338 LM with a arca rail bipod and every time i have to adjust the rifle the whole forend twists. I have loosen the swivel on the bipod but it becomes to floppy so i had to adjust it to where i like it and it still torques the forend every time i need to adjust or level rifle. Has anybody run into this problem? is there anything i can to to stiffen up the forend?

Thanks in advance.

It is a long piece of thin aluminum. I found that disappointing as well. Have you tried not having the adjustments so tight that they do not move without having to loosen them. My concern was I f you keep on twisting the aluminum, it may get weaker. One reason you see some chassis with a tube.

I have loosen up the swivel but when done so it will not torque the forend, its very wobbly so have to tighten it up again. I am afraid that i will bend one day.
i wonder if there is a rail you can install to stiffen it up a bit.

Contact MDT and explain your issue. You might be able to swap for one of their more rigid models.

What kind of bipod are you using?
