Ranger 101 11A,, Savage 6A

I have a Ranger 101 11A which was made for Sears by Savage... I’m guessing it was made in the 30’s. It is a very nice shooter, It has a different stock on it and an unusual safety,,,I’m trying to figure out what those might be.?
