As I mentioned earlier I just got a new Tactical 110 in 6.5 PRC. Shot, cleaned, Shot, cleaned, Shot, cleaned, Shot 5, cleaned, Shot 20, Cleaned. With a bore scope connected to a laptop it has always appeared to be catching a lot of copper. Using Sweets like always, soaking and cleaning with a stainless brush. I did notice in the barrel there are lateral marks like rungs in a ladder between the rifling. I have a Savage GRS-10 in 6.5 CM and it's bore doesn't look like this. Is this something new Savage is doing with their barrels? Thanks for the input. The rifle is shooting just over a MOA @ 100yds

That is what a button rifled barrel typically looks like. All my Savages have it to some degree. Try not cleaning it so much and just shoot it...

Might have a burr in the barrel that needs to come out. I would shoot it another couple hundred rounds before cleaning. Might tighten up
