Accustock lug with Hogue full bed block

I have a 110 stainless LA barreled action in a Hogue full bed block stock that is using the accustock lug which fits and works fine. I just swapped a SA that had a regular lug into an Accufit and used the accustock lug that came with it.

My question is would there be any benefit to swapping a regular lug on the LA in the Hogue? Obviously there's no front to back movement but I guess there's some side to side space the regular lug could fill but can it actually move at all?

Probably over thinking this but I always find sage advice here.

Those lugs are a little weak. If It is a magnum It might be worth considering. Probably nothing to worry about. The real gain would be in piece of mind.

Thanks. I should have mentioned it's a 280AI. Getting good velocity (2925 w/Berger 175 EH) but for sure not 7 mag type recoil.
