Howdy,

I am 44 and new to hunting. I started watching MeatEater on Netflix and got hooked. Now I am most of the way through the podcast back-catalog. I just purchased a Savage 110 Storm in 6.5cm and a Savage B22G. My goal is to become a hunting generalist like the good folks at MeatEater. I hope to get the scopes on both rifles this weekend. My first hunt will be for cottontails and jacks with my new B22G. I am sure I will find some great support on this forum.

Really glad you started watching Steve Rinella. He is the best!
Steve has a land and hunting ethic that should be emulated by all hunters. Unfortunately most hunting shows are about killing animals for sport and score.
