New to this forum, but I'm on a bunch of others. Haven't owned a savage other than a 220 slug gun. Preferred other rifles, but the allure of swapping barrels, all of the after market support, and out of the box accuracy without paying for it is too much for me to resist any longer.
Handled what I think was a model 10 predator hunter in 243 and really liked the way it feels and balances. Will be looking to buy one or put together something similar.
