Curious as to turnaround time on guns

I sent a brand new Savage 110 Hog Hunter in 350 Legend caliber to Savage on January 7 due to faulty loading of the bullets and the only info I received about a week later was that they received the rifle.

What's the turnaround time that some of you experienced when having rifles worked on at Savage?

I was told 3 weeks when i sent mine a couple weeks ago. Thats obvioulsy not the case. I would call them.

I was told 3 week turnaround time but mine has been there for 5 weeks as of today and hasn't been looked at.

It also depends on the season- pre hunting, hunting, post hunting. I have never had anything returned in less than a month.
