I purchased this magazine on ebay because the seller listed 1912. I was stupid and hoped it would work in my 1912. It goes in but it looks like it goes up too high and doesn't fit as snug as the original mag (locking notch is smaller on my original) and it has that floor plate at the bottom that mine doesn't. Should I request a refund on this?

Also, I'm still looking for the bolt for my 1912. Going on over 10 years of searching for this part. If anyone has any leads please let me know! Here is my original thread with a picture of my 1912 receiver:

The magazine is for the bolt actions, the 1922 & 23A Sporters and the early 1919 NRA's. The top of the notch is in the same possition so it will work as long as you insert it with the bolt closed or pull it down to to make sure it's at the lowest possition. When in use it should stay down because of the cartridges pushing on the bottom of the bolt. It's a Triple-K after market and I have found these often have issues feeding. Original magazines for the 1912's show up from time to time and the prices seem to be dropping so you might be able to get a factory magazine reasonable (more than the Triple-K though). I'd sent it back if they accept returns.

Also, a true 1912 magazine will have "22 automatic LR Only" stamped on it.

Ok thanks for the info. Looks like I'll attempt to return it.
