Hello all! After lurking in the shadows for nearly a year, I've finally joined.
January of 2019 I bought my first Savage rifle (and bolt gun for that matter), a 110 Tactical in 6.5 CM. I bought it to just have fun and compete in some local 600 yd matches. Not long after,
I discovered this site. After only a few months of shooting with the AccuFit stock, I decided I wanted a chassis system. My Savage soon found its way into a MDT ESS chassis in FDE. Since then, I have been extremely pleased and happy with this rifle.
I've been so happy in fact, I picked up another ESS chassis during MDT's last Black Friday sale and am now looking to get another Savage rifle for my girlfriend. I'm strongly leaning towards getting the 12FV in 6.5 or possibly in 308. Either way, I'm confident it's gonna be a solid rifle we'll enjoy for many years to come. Anyway, enjoy the forum and excited to officially be a part of it.
