So I tried the newer accufit and I hate it. I like the idea of it but I think the execution is poor. That being said, the bottom metal that accepts AICS mags is a huge plus. Anyone swap The Savage AICS compatable bottom metal into a stock with standard dbm cuttout? It drops in the regular accustock that I have but I don’t have an action in the accustock. I can’t see why it wouldn’t work.

The Savage AICS frame assembly might work in an Accustock. You have to do some Dremel work to get it to fit flush in a standard DBM. http://www.savageshooters.com/showthread.php?62348-Savage-Frankenstein-10BA-Stealth-Action-into-a-12VLP-Stock-Using-a-110-Tactical-DBM-AICS-Bottom

thanks, I think it’s a drop in fit for any accustock but will need work for non-accustocks.
