Changing bbl. on Accufit stocked rifle ?

I an under the impression [thought I read it here] that because of the DBM the recoil lug is smaller / shorter.Since I haven't seen any Savage suppliers advertising special recoil lugs for the Accufit stocked rifles that the OME lug must be used ?

Correct. The standard Savage recoil lug will not work as drop-In. You’ll need an Accustock recoil lug. I found Midway USA had them in stock.
