I went to the pawn shop today to see if I could find a used wsm action and low and behold he had a pre-accu trigger 7wsm on hand, I didn't know they chambered that cartridge during the pre-accu trigger era, I am definitely not a expert by any means but I just didn't think they made any. So I guess what I'm wondering is what you guys think, the guy is asking 300.00 for the gun, it's used but not abused, wood stock and like I said pre-accu trigger, is 300 a fair price? I'm wanting the action for a .257 wsm build unless I decide to stick with the 7wsm.

I would guess the action is worth most of that price. ed

It's worth that, easily. Stock will bring $30 and barrel maybe $70. Check to see if it's large or small shank, as that will limit your barrel choices some in terms of take off's.
