custom rifle from savage arms

WAS told savage arms can build a custom rifle anyway you want. Has anyone checked this out or had it done? They will build any caliber you want with mcmillian stocks or your choice of stock you send them or accessories you want, scope rails, muzzle brakes etc.. If anyone has checked this out or had it done any info would be most helpfull.

WAS told savage arms can build a custom rifle anyway you want.
Yes they will out build guns out of the custom shop, BUT with only parts that they stock and use on other rifles. The will not build a gun with parts you send them , or from parts they do not offer on other rifles. They will only chamber calibers that they offer or have offered in the past. To put it another way yes they build custom guns out of Savage factory parts.
