After talking to Jard,I sent them my rifle in July, they agreed to build me a Savage bottom bolt release trigger assembly.Had to return 1st 1 in Sept,Received the second Sat, a 6 oz trigger assembly. Installed on Savage SA 10 action in BC Medalist 6 stock,did shim [.030]rear action screw,all you need is sear pin,simple Drop in.Went to range shot 35 shots wed,zero problems,no creep,no slack.I have a SSS competition trigger[discontinued]and a Rifle basic 2 both on Top Bolt release guns.The JARD is a Better trigger,the Only Aftermarket trigger assembly for a bottom bolt release action.They will be kind of pricey at $220,5 models,6 oz to 22 oz.If you are looking for a better trigger for your Savage I would check them out.
