One thing to note when replacing an AccuFit or AccuStock with an aftermarket stock. The guns that come with these stocks have a specific recoil lug that's shorter than a standard recoil lug. This is because the lug sits into a pocket machined out of the aluminum skeleton and thus is metal on metal. All standard synthetic and wood stocked rifles come fitted with the standard length recoil lug which offers more surface area to better distribute the recoil energy across a larger area of the softer plastic or wood stock.

As such it is recommended to swap out to a standard length recoil lug if going to a wood or synthetic stock. You can probably get away with not swapping it out if shooting softer recoiling rifles, but you'll want to swap it out for those shoulder thumpers.

Thank you, decided to either return the rifle, picked it up yesterday probably easier than dealing with the local "tire kickers" that can't comprehend the term NIB and want pictures.
