There is no industry standard for low medium or high rings. Likewise there is no standard rail height. As you are probably aware the 20 MOA reduces objective end clearance compared to a 0 MOA. Barrel diameter, length and position of the scope forward or rearward also effects bell clearance. Without knowing all the dimensions of your exact combination I would look for the lowest medium rings i could find and go with that. Adjustable cheek riser will fix the rest.

With a 44mm objective you should be fine with most low rings. When I did my review of the 110 Tactical last year I was running a scope with a 50mm objective and 34mm main tube and the Warne #220M low rings were more than adequate. In fact, height-wise I had tons of clearance - it was the short overall length of the scope with the extended rail that gave me fits trying to get the eye relief right when mounting.

Take half the outer diameter of the objective bell, add .100 to it and that is what you need including clearance for flip up caps.
