Magazine conversion

I recently purchased a 300 Win mag LRH. I was under the impression that all of them were detachable magazine. This one showed up with a hinged floor plate. I've been trying to find the bottom metal to switch but it gets fairly confusing. I remember a few years ago stumbling on to a forum post that listed every part number for each piece and the differences between each style. I can not find it now to save my life. Does anyone know where I can find the information on conversions? I have the new bottom bolt release, accustock and accutrigger. Any help would be appreciated.

Out of curiosity, why would you want to run a short action round through a long action?

i'm putting together a switch barrel setup 22-250 & 25-06. Just being cheap mainly and to save on safe space.
