I understand you use the 300RUM case and neck it up! Is this correct?

Who makes the best brass for this project?

Yes that is correct

I would use nosler brass,I have a 300rum and found the nosler to be the best so far,out of Rem,fed,nosler

I know nossler is a good brass, but you use the 300RUM brass for the 338Edge?

Yes, that's correct it's 300 RUM necked up with no other changes.
