B22 fv to sr

Hey guys I just purchased a b22 does anyone know if there are any aftermarket barrels or if I'm able to get a Sr barrel from Savage? Has anyone replaced the barrel?

I'll ask the obvious question - why didn't you just buy a B22 FV-SR?

No aftermarket barrels for the rimfires that I'm aware of, at least not anything in the form of a pre-fit. Savage won't sell you a barrel unless they install it, and given the rimfires are made in Canada it's a logistical nightmare. They'd also probably charge you about the same as it would cost you to just go buy a new B22 FV-SR.
