I have a mdl 16 in .250Sav.

I don't have any factory original models but I have a few that I have re-barreld to that caliber. The .250 Savage is one of my favorite calibers and those are my go to hunting rifles.

On a quest to end up with a Lefty Savage in 250 Ack. In the mean time I had a Ruger 77 varmint with a shot out chamber. So to make that gun useful for something, put on a new barrel in 250 Ack. Found out I like the little cartridge as much as I was hoping, maybe more. So there will be a Savage in 250 in the future, when I get a LH SA to build on. Until then I'll shoot with the handle on the wrong side. Thinking there may be a 12 bvss on the second hand market at some future point to get that lefty action to build on.
