barrel question

Might turn Stevens 308 into lightweight 7.62x39 stalk rifle. Not going shorter than 18", is the barrel thick enough to thread 5/8x24??

depending on barrel contour, you will need to get a custom barrel. I offer prefit drop in barrels and thread them for cans and breaks
