I’m new to this forum and to Savage. Been around on Mausercentral.net and Castboolits for many years, but recently picked up a Savage 110 in 270 Win with the intent of building a varmint Barrel 6mm Remington. The characteristics of the Savage Barrel nut simplifies barrel swaps, or at least I believe it does. Never tried it before, as this is my first Savage.
