In the past three weeks on Gunbroker, I have seen at least a dozen listings for new, .25-20 brass from Winchester. Does anyone know if this is just a seasonal run or has Winchester stepped up production all around.

Typically with obsolete cartridges like the .25-20 they do one production run a year and that's it. Once it's gone it's gone. In more recent years production of brass for many of these obsolete cartridges has been skipped due to high demand and limited production capacity for more popular modern cartridges so many of them didn't get their annual run. .375 Winchester brass was one such cartridge that went several years where Winchester didn't do a run which ultimately prompted Starline to start offering it.

I'd grab some while it's available if you need some - and would probably grab a couple bags just to have on hand for the future in case it's not readily available down the road if you like to shoot it a lot. That's kind of become the rule of thumb for obsolete cartridge brass.
