Where to get Box magazine with Spacer

Does anyone make the internal box mag anymore for the older long actions, so you could use a short action round ?

I need one those also. Hard to find. Numrich does not have any last time I looked. If you can get a short follower it doesn't look like it would be difficult to make a spacer.

I too am looking to solve this problem.
I need a magazine and follower for a 110 LA .223. I would prefer a staggered feed...
Will a .223 follower facilitate a 110 SA mag (i.e. .308) to be used with a spacer block in the rear of the magazine well in the stock?
I am very perplexed with this one...not sure how to solve it.
Any advice to get it to work would really help.
I know cdi makes a floorplate setup, but I really was hoping to not have the extended removable mag on this rifle. Wanted to keep it sleek for a calling rifle.
Please advise...
