Long time lurker...
Finally decided to break the ice and join up. I have had a few Savages pass through my gun room, but just recently got a great deal on an unfired 116 in 30-06, that I am planning on rebarreling to 6.5-06 and building up to be my back-up long range fun/hunting rig.
I am in the St. Louis area, but have been pretty much all over the Eastern part of the country at one time or another.
