Hello everybody, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good cheek riser? I love my Axis and just want to improve the comfort of shooting by getting a cheek riser.

For a cheap DIY, this works well.

I went with the DIY method and am very pleased. I couldn't find any to buy that would fit my stock properly so this was a good compromise. It's just Vetrap and some closed cell foam.

I’ve got a couple of the Beartooth Comb Raising kits. They are comfortable. Kind of a wresting match to install the first one but not horrible. It can be rolled out of the way to get the bolt out of the receiver. That’s something to consider with any of them, homegrown or factory.

Lot's of DIY videos etc for making them from Kydex and a couple of bolts and knobs from the hardware store. I have found kydex to be very easy to work with and have had very good results.

The strap on bags on eBay are 10$. I secure one with extra Velcro straps. I like the pocket for a ink pen and a range note book.

Thanks everyone!! I really like that DIY method, so I ordered the necessary supplies like 2 minutes ago. Thanks again!
