I just got my first hunting rifle, an old 110 CL. Previous experiences are limited to AK4 (Swedish G3). I’m joining the forum to learn from experienced savage gun owners.

It's a more conventional and in my opinion a better hunting tool. :thumb:

@Stumpkiller: I agree. The AK4 is sweet in the role I use it, but it’s not really for hunting. ��
@scootergisme: 6,5x55 is still very common and popular. Possible rules regarding lead in bullets are having an impact though. I’m going for 308W myself, as I’m used to it and it’s also a popular cailber here.
