Recently purchased Savage model 11 ( I think ) but not sure which exact model. No owners manual in box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pretty sure it isn't a scout. The box had heavy barrel written in marker on the side.

Thanks for quick reply.No worries:) I could be wrong but I would almost be willing to bet that's what it is. You can call savage and give them the serial and they can tell you for sure:)

Not a Trophy xp. That my friend is the Model 11VT sold by Dicks Sporting goods!

Can tell by the stock, Bushnell scope & blackened bolt assy.

But of course! Good buy. That’s a nice little Dicks Exclusive stick you got there. I think at one time a few years back, Dicks was running a sale on those for $379!! Would have picked one up “just because” had I a seen it.

The forward stud is for bipod.
