Rookie doing my first build. Have some?'s

Well I am taking the savage build plunge. I bought a model 110 7mm mag to turn into a .300 win. Mag. It is an "F" prefix on the serial number with a blind magazine. I won't run into any problems fitting the slightly longer cartridge in the mag will I? Since this is a slightly older one, am I gonna be ok to get the better triggers?

Your mag will work.

SSS sells a trigger that will fit, but you better call and make sure.
