is the Savage Arms parts finder gone or is my google foo lacking
I need some parts and couldn't find it

That might have been me. I called customer service a few weeks ago and the rep claimed it was coming back soon as part of a re-write of their site. He cited a few other recent site changes as evidence.

Time will tell.

It sure was handy but the last couple times I needed parts I just called and they were very happy and friendly and willing to help me.

Not true 15 minute wait and then a very pleasant representative answered my questions, took my order and confirmed everything. 3/4 days later package arrived in perfect condition.

I just called the other day and customer service was very friendly and addressed my problem with ejection or extraction on my 12fv the gun was purchased in 2018 and they are sending me new ejector and spring kit along with extractor kit ..said about 7 to 10 days.. excellent service..probably want resolve it until I get sss kit but will replace with factory and a .140 ball and see what happens
