GRS Stock for Model 10 and 16 ?

HI Guys,

I am a owner of a Savage 10 Predator Hunter with Bottom Bolt Release. A dealer 300 Klimeters away has a GRS Berserk stock for Savage 16.

As far as I know is the Savage 16 a Savage 10 System in Stainless with Bottom Bolt release wirth the 4 Shot Metall Mag - Is this Correct ?

The dealer said that Savage 10 and 12 will have the same stock, but not Savage 16 and Savage 10.

Can you help me ?

So long as the bolt release setup and action screw spacing matches they are interchangeable. The one caveot would be the style of recoil lug since we have two variants of that now - one for AccuStocks and one for non-AccuStocks.
