Another Rebate Failure

I'm a newbie, howdy to all. Bought two Axis rifles nine weeks ago and the rebate status is "Unqualified, an original dated receipt is required". I filled out the rebate online correctly which said send a photo of the sales receipt. Anybody else had a similar experience?

Did you send the photo? Did you make copies of the receipt? My experience is to send it in after I make copies. Certified letter doesn't hurt.

Yup. Sent photos of the ends of the gun boxes and photo of the receipt and kept copies of everything. I did it all online.
