View Full Version : Help: what is the forend width of a 12BVSS?

I need to buy a Protektor front bag for it and I don't have my rifle with me. I just need the forend width about two inches from the front of the stock. It's a 22-250. Thanks all.

I have a 223 rem BVSS and the medium owl ear bag to fit a Caldwell Rock rest is just right
Bought the wide one first and it was too wide
Forend measures 2 3/32" (shade under 2 1/8")

It will fit a #2 owl bag well.

I really like the BVSS stock for shooting from a bench. I like the bulk and the weight. I wouldn't want to pack it around all day but for the bench (e.g. Prairie Dogs) it is great.
