I'm ready to replace the butt stock on my 223 10 BA Stealth with something that will work better on the bench with a rear bag. I have been looking closely at the Magpul PRS Gen 3 and the Luth AR MBA-1 since they both have the adjustable riser and length of pull that I am looking for. The Magpul is higher cost but that won't deter me if it does the job well. What are your experiences with these two models? If not one of these, what other stock would you recommend? I punch paper at 100 or 200 yards from the bench.

Thanks

What scope ring combo are you running? PRS works well with a carbine ext. if you shoot bench you may need to shorten it a hair. Riser is very limited though depending on scope/rings. For my setup I had to build a custom riser.

Scope is a Leupold VX-3i 4.5-14x40 mounted on Warne medium rings.
I have adjusted up about a half inch of elevation on the existing cheek riser.
It’s a short scope. I assumed I would mount the stock on a rifle length tube.

Same tune for carbine and rifle length on the PRS. The middle piece is the only difference. For that scope PRS should be about perfect.

I have a MagPul PRS on my Les Baer Super Varmint .223 and it is very stable. The adjustments allowed me to get a longer stock than the A2 the rifle came with.
My accuracy improved using the Magpul PRS.
It should be a good choice.
However, the rear portion of the Magpul PRS is very deep and makes using my standard high rear bag impossible unless I also adjust my front F-Class bipod much higher than normal.
I wasn't comfortable with having the rifle sit much higher than all the other rifles I shoot so because it changed my cheek weld position.
I switched to a shorter rear bag when shooting with the Magpul PRS and it solved the problem.

I have the have the Stealth Evolution and found that the cheek riser on the PRS gen3 did not go high enough. The PRS works better on something like an AR 15 where the Pic Rail is just above the buffer tube. I swapped out the PRS for the MDT Skeleton Rifle Stock with the optional Bag Rider rail and highly recommend it. You would need the Fixed to Carbine adapter for the Stealth or go with the MDT Skeleton Carbine Rifle Stock.
