Middle aged guy here, new to the forum, but not to shooting. Been shooting and interested in firearms since i can remember. I went to my first day of kindergarten with a cowboy hat and a cap gun strapped to my hip!(my how times have changed).
I have owned several of the old savage 340's, my latest went to my son. Gives me an excuse to get another savage rifle..:becky:

Arkansas is nice. Retired Arkansan friend treated my son to a stay in his mountain cabin and his pine forest deer camp in the south around El Dorado.
