110 question

hello all. if i take a 270 win barrel of a model 110 and replace it with a 22-250 i dont need to change anything else do i? i know the bolt head is the same. not 100% on the bland mag follower.

It should work... I took a 111 (chambered in .270 Win) and tore it apart to build my .260 Rem (.243 case basically) and I didn't have to change bolt head or magazine anything... Except when I put a Boyd's Pro varmint on it. But that was just converting from plastic bottom metal to actual real metal...
