Looking for target turret

I have a Redfield Battlezone scope 6x18 it has the 308 , 168gr turret on it now , I'm looking for the other turret that came with it. I dont need the 223 turret I need the other turret. Any info on where to find one would be appreciated.

Just to clarify, is it another ballistic turret or is it a MIL/MOA turret?

The 308 and 223 were the ballistic but the one I'm looking just shows click marks
