Ring height for 212

I just bought a 212 and the EGW rail for it. I'm planning on putting the Nikon 3-9x40 BDC scope on it and was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to what height rings I should use. I'm looking at Leupold rifleman rings. All suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

Low rings are usually plenty with an EGW base and 40mm objective.
