Looking for information on pre-Acrutrigger 110 triggers. Just got a 112 action and the trigger is different from anything I have seen. How many different trigger assemblies has Savage put on the 110/10 rifles? Are there any pictures or detailed discriptions of them?

Your 112 probably has the "3 screw" trigger. The third screw is under the sear notch and allows for a shallower sear contact. Combine that with a thinner diameter L shaped spring and you will safely get under 3 #.

Whatever trigger you decide upon, please do your research first.
