Greetings! I am considering purchase of a used 110L .270 in good condition. This particular firearm was manufactured in the 90's I'm told. I'm also told that it has only fired 12 rounds. It is being sold with a Tasco Silver Antler 3-9x40 scope, which I know is not particularly great. The price I've been given is $300 shipped. Is this a fair price? Thank you very much.

Yep, that's a good price. Ignore the round count - always assume the barrel of any used rifle is well seasoned no matter what the seller claims.

I thought the 110L was a first generation from the early 60s. Am I wrong?

The actual model designation of 110L in the catalog was only offered from 1958-1962, but barrels were still marked 110L for many, many years after that on most every left-hand model as that was the generic roll stamp for lefty rifles.
