Where can I get a long magnum single shot action?

I want to build a .264 Win Mag single shot, but I really don't want to buy a whole rifle and get rid of the barrel and stock. Am I just out of luck?

I want to stick with bolt actions. If I need to buy a complete rifle to get an action, I think I'll just go with a custom action. I like the Stiller Classic. Chrome Molly so it can be blued.
