I’m getting ready to disassemble my 12FV to have the barrel I installed Cerakoted and laser engraved. The question I have is when it is reassembled will I have to rework the loads I’ve developed for it? I’ve got it shooting .1 to .2 3 shot groups and.3 to .4 5 shot groups and if I’m going to have to start over, I see a rattle can finish in its future. I’ve read where some of you guys have swapped back and forth and may have the answers I need. Thanks for any and all input.

I haven’t noticed a change or degradation in accuracy with my swaps. But I make sure headspace and index matches as closely as possible. If you are comfortable with your abilities to get your headspace matched up I say go for it. Otherwise a rattle can is cheap.

+1 if you are mounting back on the same action punch some index marks on the bottom of the barrel, nut and lug before you dis-assemble. If you don't want to use a punch a sharpie will work but not with the cerakote. Also double check your headspace using scotch tape on the go gauge. You probably will get the "feel" of how snug it is set.
I often use the same action for developing loads for numerous barrels. These developed loads are always very close to final when the barrels receive their "final" action. Only the POI is the usually the only adjustment required (as long as the headspace stays close as RustyShackle stated).
