magazine for 110 in 223 cal

Hello Everyone, I just purchased a Savage 110 rifle in 223 caliber, it is a new rifle with the mag. release on bottom in front of magazine, I'm trying to buy a spare mag. and I'm not sure what will work.
Is the 10 series rifle the same as 110? Help.

If yours is a short action then it is the same as the model 10. I believe your concern is if the mag base is plastic or cast steel.

Yes, I think it is a short action, I see some mags. have a plastic button or release on the front of them, mine does not, it is a all metal mag.
It is a 223 cal. which I think is a short action.

You will want to buy the mag with the bottom plate then.
