Hello all, brand new member on this forum. I currently have an MDT LSS-XL that I got on their black friday sale. I like it but its way to nice to carry in the field. I have 3 of these rifles all in long action: one 300win, 6.5x284, and 7mm. All have the dreaded bottom bolt release. What are my options for a decent hunting stock? Would a used accustock work with the trophy hunter mags? Thanks in advance

Your aftermarket options for stocks are going to be from Boyd's most likely. The Classic, Platinum, and Heritage come to mind off the top of my head. There is also the new At-One you may like as well. If you go with a Boyd's, make sure you add the stippling or checkering to the stock as they are extremely slippery when they get wet.

Hogue, choate, and stockade. The latter being the best with a six month lead time.

Will look into the stockade, or maybe just wait until the MDT chassis goes on sale again. Being able to use the AICS mags does make it that much easier. Thanks for the info.
