Mod. 110E Rear bolt Baffle

Can anyone tell me if the post 1995 rear bolt baffle will fit a pre 1995 bolt? I cant find one anywhere.

Yes it would. Problem is that all of them produced since 2003 or so are shaped to match up with the round top actions. Not a big issue, you'd just need to grind/file the top down until it matches up with the flat on the rear of your action.
