22 Creedmoor headspace gauges

So, am I understanding correctly that the 6.5CM go/no go gauges will work on the .22 CM?

Don't know about that BUT in a pinch you can use a NEW 6.5 case.

I don't know how you would set the headspace on a 22 CM with a 6.5 CM case? The case mouth would be way to big.... Usually (and I don't know in this case) you can use the same gauge for a family of cartridges. So you could use a 30-06 gauge for 25-06, 270, 6.5-06 and so on. I used a 6.5 CM gauge to do my 6mm CM.. because it measured off the shoulder. So.... in conclusion I believe you could, but I have zero interest in the 22 CM so I haven't looked into if they made any case dimension changes or just necked it down.
