The FAB Defense GLR-16 has the option for a thumb wheel adjustable cheek riser if you're so inclined. I have one on an AR and like it quite a bit. It's made teaching younger shooters (ie kids) easier as it can be adjusted to the height that they need vs an adult.

I've looked at that FAB stock, I may use one on the next lower I build. But that's going to have to wait a bit, I just ordered a new handgun.
